Yokwi is an iOS app and relay service that connects your device to an AI agent you control. Yokwi does not host, operate, or control the AI agent itself — it provides the secure bridge between your phone and your agent.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Yokwi.
You claim a username when you set up Yokwi. Usernames are held while actively paired; they are released when you unpair or sign out. Yokwi does not guarantee permanent username availability.
You agree not to:
You choose which AI agent to connect. Yokwi does not control, moderate, or monitor your agent's responses. You are responsible for your agent's outputs and any actions it takes on your behalf, including those you approve through the app.
Your speech is converted to text on your device using Apple's Speech framework — this conversion happens on the phone, not through Yokwi. Only that text, and your agent's text replies, transit the Yokwi relay; audio is never sent to or through Yokwi in either direction. Your agent's replies are spoken aloud on your device using on-device Kokoro speech synthesis — Yokwi does not generate or transmit speech audio itself. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Yokwi is provided on an "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uptime or uninterrupted access.
Yokwi and its branding belong to us. Your content (conversations, recordings, agent configurations) belongs to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Yokwi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including damages caused by your agent's outputs or actions. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
You may stop using Yokwi at any time by signing out. We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these terms. On termination, your username is released and local data remains on your device.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted with an updated effective date.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
